How to renew your uninsured United Parachute Technologies (UPT) merits
All merits are renewed by their issuing organization, not by Merit. To renew your UPT merit, please visit the UPT website, where you can download and complete the appropriate re-certification form:

When complete, send the re-certification form to Sheryl at UPT:

Once your renewal is processed by UPT, your merit will update with the new information.
