How to update your information within your digital licenses issued by Virginia DPOR.

All requests to update information within your merit must be made on the DPOR website.

Your digital license will be issued to whichever email address DPOR currently has on file for you.

Update your information with VA DPOR by visiting their website: https://dpor.virginia.gov/FormsAndApplications 

      • Email Address Change Form 
      • Mailing Address Change Forms
        • Note:  Many Boards allow you to update your ADDRESS using Online Services, so log in to your personal profile to see if this is an option for your license type. The alternative is to complete, print, sign, and submit an Address Change Form by mail.
        • Unless updated online, all Address Change Forms must be received by the Board in writing. When providing a post office box as the mailing address, it must be accompanied by the physical address.
      • Name Change Forms 
      • Credit Card Payment Form
      • Board-Specific Forms and Applications.

Visit: dpor.virginia.gov/Boards/Contractors and use the ADD/CHANGE License Information section to find the CHANGE of Responsible Management (RM) forms.

 

How to renew your VA DPOR issued license

All license updates and renewals are handled directly through VA DPOR. Please visit their website: dpor.virginia.gov to locate the various license renewal payment options available.
